Deacon Wai

Mr. Deacon is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and also a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He started his career at a reputable mid tier audit firm and leave after six years. Mr. Deacon subsequently joined an advisory company as a Manager of IPO division, his projects primarily focused on listing companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). During his time with the Company, he gained experience in time management, team management, and communication skills, all of which were necessary for balancing the expectations of every professional party involved in the IPO exercise. Additionally, he was exposed to the environment of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing.

Following his leaving from the advisory company, Mr. Deacon joined one of the "Big 4" audit firm. His primary responsibilities in the "Big 4" include special audits such as IPO road maps and coordinating with respective divisions to provide the best possible service.
